Over two decades, the firm has evolved from traditional public practice accounting into an integrated accounting and wealth advisory model focused on generational wealth creation. However, the current brand architecture and market perception do not yet fully reflect that evolution.

This engagement is designed to clarify structural positioning, unify perception across PGP Consulting and PGP Wealth, and equip leadership with the tools required to confidently articulate the firm’s integrated advisory model.
